Introduction

These Booking Conditions apply to the person making the booking and all other persons on whose behalf the booking is made. Please read these conditions carefully. They apply to all bookings made through our website, app, or offline channels. We act as a travel agent on behalf of various suppliers (including airlines, sightseeing operators, transport providers, and accommodation partners).

Role as a Travel Agent

We arrange travel services and sell travel-related products on behalf of third-party suppliers. In doing so, we provide no warranty regarding the services to be supplied. Your booking is subject to the terms and conditions applied by the specific service provider (Airlines, Hotels, etc.). Any remedy for service failure lies with the service provider and not with our agency.

Booking & Contract

The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to book on behalf of the party. A contract exists between you and the suppliers once we have received your deposit or full payment and issued a confirmation invoice.

Pricing Policy

While we strive for accuracy, we rely on information provided by suppliers. We reserve the right to bring any price changes to your attention made by the supplier prior to the completion of your booking and final payment.

Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Cash, Cheque, Demand Draft, Credit/Debit Cards, or Electronic Bank Transfers.

  • Surcharge: A 2% surcharge applies to all credit card payments, which will be added to your invoice.

  • Deadlines: 100% payment must be made at least 10 days prior to the tour start date to secure a confirmed booking.

  • Flight Tickets: 100% payment is required in advance for flight issuance. Any fare fluctuations at the time of booking will be borne by the client.

  • Late Payments: An additional charge of INR 1000 per person will be levied in case of cancellation due to non-payment as per the schedule.

Amendment & Alterations

  • Any changes to the package (dates, inclusions, itinerary) will incur an extra cost and a convenience fee per booking.

  • Group Bookings: No alterations can be made to group bookings once confirmed, as arrangements are made in advance to secure group rates.

  • Changes will be treated according to the cancellation policy of the original package.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may incur charges depending on the supplier’s terms. Refunds will only be processed once funds are received from the respective suppliers.

  • Group Bookings/Fixed Departures: No refund is applicable once the booking is confirmed.

  • General Package Cancellation Slab:

    • 30 Days or More before check-in: 25% of the Land Package amount.

    • 29 to 15 Days before check-in: 50% of the Land Package amount.

    • 0 to 14 Days before check-in: 100% of the Land Package amount.

Airline & Hotel T&C

  • Airlines: It is the traveler’s responsibility to check flight timings. We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to fog, technical issues, or weather.

  • Hotels: Standard check-in is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability. Any property damage or extra services must be settled by the guest at check-out.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Special Requests: Requests for smoking/non-smoking rooms, bed types, or views are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

  • Personal Expenses: Laundry, telephone calls, room service, and beverages not mentioned in the inclusions must be paid by the traveler.

  • Transfers: For shared (SIC) transfers, please report 10 minutes early. Delays may lead to a loss of service with no refund.

  • Luggage: Travelers are responsible for their own luggage. Drivers are not responsible for porter services or loss of belongings.

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for losses due to unforeseen circumstances like curfews, riots, or natural disasters.

  • ID Proof: A valid photo ID (Aadhar, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport) is mandatory for hotel check-ins.

  • Driver Timings: Standard driver allowances cover timings from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Usage before or after these hours will incur extra charges payable directly to the driver.

Note: Sarva Enroute reserves the right to alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the traveler to review the terms periodically for any updates.

Governing Law: Your contract with Sarva Enroute is governed by the laws of India. By booking with us, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow to determine any dispute pertaining to the contract or services provided.
