Detailed Day-wise Itinerary
Your journey into the heart of India begins with a 9:00 AM pickup from Bhopal Airport or Station. We head toward Pachmarhi, the "Queen of Satpura," a scenic 5.5-hour drive (~210 km). After checking in and enjoying a local lunch by 2:30 PM, we explore the ancient Pandav Caves, where Buddhist monks once sought exile. End your first day at the Pachmarhi Lake, enjoying a peaceful boat ride as the evening air cools.

Brace yourself for an adrenaline-fueled forest safari starting at 9:30 AM. Using a local 4x4 Gypsy, we visit the iconic Bee Fall, where you can swim in natural pools. The adventure continues through the horseshoe-shaped amphitheater of Reechgarh and the dramatic 300-foot deep ravine at Handi Khoh. We culminate the day at Dhoopgarh, the highest peak in Madhya Pradesh, for a spectacular 360-degree sunset view over the Satpura range.

Today is dedicated to the spiritual and colonial charm of the hills. At 10:00 AM, we visit the Jata Shankar Caves, a sacred natural cavern with unique stalactite formations. Post-lunch, visit the 19th-century Catholic Church, a stone marvel with heritage stained-glass windows. Explore the ruins of Begum Palace and end your evening with a quiet walk at Rajendra Giri, a beautifully manicured garden often called the "Mini Sunset Point."

At 9:00 AM, we descend from the Satpura hills and head toward Jabalpur (~240 km). By 3:00 PM, we reach Bhedaghat for the highlight of the day: a boat ride through the 8 km white Marble Rocks gorge. Witness the roaring Dhuandhar Falls, where the Narmada creates a "smoke of mist." As dusk falls, immerse yourself in the divine Narmada Aarti at Gwarighat, a spiritual spectacle that rivals Varanasi.

We depart early at 8:30 AM for a journey back to Bhopal (~320 km), stopping at two of India’s most significant heritage sites. Next, visit the massive Bhojpur Temple, home to one of the largest monolithic Shiva Lingams in the world. We reach Bhopal by evening, just in time for a walk along the vibrant Upper Lake promenade.

📋 GENERAL BOOKING & SIGHTSEEING POLICY
- Hotel Selection: As per preference. If sold out, a similar category is provided. We are not responsible for standard hotel category amenities (WiFi speed, etc.).
- Nature & Highway Timings: To ensure safety on the hilly terrain of Pachmarhi and the long Jabalpur-Bhopal highway, vehicle duty hours are strictly 08:30 AM to 08:30 PM. Night driving on ghat sections is prohibited for passenger safety.
- Pachmarhi Gypsy Policy: Access to “Forest Points” (Bee Fall, Dhoopgarh, etc.) is restricted to registered 4×4 Local Gypsies only.
- One Gypsy accommodates a maximum of 6 passengers.
- Bookings are subject to the availability of forest permits (issued by the Forest Dept.).
- Your primary AC vehicle will remain at the hotel/stand during Gypsy sightseeing days.
- Boating & Ropeway Safety: Boating at Bhedaghat (Marble Rocks) and the Dhuandhar Ropeway are weather-dependent. In case of high water levels (common in Monsoon) or technical maintenance, these activities may be suspended without prior notice.

- Bee Fall: Involves a steep trek of ~400 steps.
- Bhimbetka: Involves walking on uneven natural rock surfaces.
- Please communicate any mobility concerns (senior citizens/infants) in advance so we can suggest alternatives.
- UNESCO & Museum Closures: * Sanchi Archaeological Museum is closed every Friday. Most other sites (Sanchi Stupa, Bhimbetka, Bhojpur) are open from Sunrise to Sunset.
- Force Majeure (Administrative Orders): Bhopal and Jabalpur are administrative hubs. Any delays or route diversions caused by VVIP movement, forest department “Strike” actions, or sudden park closures are beyond our control.
- Payments: Failure to clear payments as per schedule will lead to service termination. No refunds for Blackout dates/Long weekends.
- Physical Needs: Please communicate specific physical concerns in advance.
- Check-in/out: Standard 14:00 hrs (In) / 11:00 hrs (Out). No shows considered after 22:00 hrs.
- Documentation: For Indian Nationals, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Passport is mandatory for hotel check-ins. For Foreign Nationals, a valid Passport and E-Visa are required.
- Amendments: Customizations during or 7 days prior to the trip may incur extra charges.
- No Show: Rooms not occupied by 20:00 hrs are considered “No Shows” unless prior notice is given.
💳 CANCELLATION & FLIGHT POLICY
- Non-Refundable: No refunds on blackout dates/long weekends.
- Cancellation Fee : Regardless of reason, cancellations are costly. To offset these costs, the following fees will apply. If you cancel, non-recoverable expenses of Rs. 1500 per person will be charged and over and above that the following will be charged on cancellation of a tour.
- Refundable Amount :
- Cancelled 30 days or more prior to trip start date: 35 % of total package cost.
- Cancelled between 15 – 30 days prior to trip start date: 50 % of total package cost.
- Cancelled between 14 days to 7 days prior to trip start date: 80 % of total package cost.
- Cancellation less than 7 Days prior to trip start date: 100 % of package cost will be charged.
- Postponement: Postponing may incur a rebooking fee. Post-postponement cancellations forfeit all amounts.
- Flight Policy: We act as facilitators. Carrier terms apply. We are not responsible for airline delays.
- Credit Note: A 6-month Credit Note will be provided for the possible refundable amount depending on the Selected Hotels and time period of cancellation .
